Ironed and dry-cleaned items have fixed prices. Washing is priced by weight: a base package, then £3.75 for each extra kilogram. We weigh it at the cleaners, and if it costs more than your estimate, we ask before doing any extra work or charging.

Is the price on this page what I’ll pay?
It’s where your estimate starts. Your total also includes the £20 minimum where it applies and a service fee; you’ll see the full breakdown before paying. Weight-priced washing is confirmed at the cleaners, and we ask before charging more than your estimate.
Do I need to download an app?
No. You can book, track and manage your order on this website. The app is optional.
How long does it take?
It depends on the services you choose. The slowest service sets the earliest return window, and you pick a window that suits you. Duvets and bulky items can take up to three days.
What if something goes wrong?
Report it from your order page. Every bag is scanned at each handover, so we can trace what happened. Claims terms are being finalised and will be published before we take real bookings.
